Strategic Market Analysis & Planning Manager(醫療電子)
職務說明：
1. Analyze Market data and competitive trends
2. Lead the research of emerging trends, expansion opportunities, competitive threats, and visibility of outside business partners
3. Develop strategic recommendations to shape up our medical's strategy for future growth
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate comprehensive analysis or report for executives' use on strategic decision making.
專長條件：
1.Master's degree or above. Dual background in both Business (e.g., Finance, MBA) and Engineering background (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Material Science, Mechanical Engineering) is highly preferred.
2.Minimum 8 years of work experience in medtech, biotech or high-tech industry is required. Proven experience as a strategic planner, analyst, or acting as a consultant in major strategic planning projects in technology sector is highly preferred
3.Excellent critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
4.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
5.Experience in presenting and making recommendations to senior level executives
6.Bilingual in Mandarin and English is required. Good command of Japanese is a plus
7.Sufficient knowledge in ""wearable injector, optical System-Level"" regarding wearable injector, in body medical visualization device platform is a plus.
